Homeless Outreach - This ministry provides support to the homeless in our community by providing shelter, food, clothing, and most of all, a caring presence.  

Our Lady Queen of Martyrs serves the homeless community of Huntington in two major ways:

HIHI - Huntington Interfaith Homeless Initiative - is active from December through March, providing shelter during the winter months.  OLQM hosts our guests overnight for four Saturday evenings providing a warm meal, fellowship, and respite from the harsh elements. 

Saturday Outreach - This ministry is comprised of a group of parent and teen volunteers who visit the homeless weekly, bringing meals, fruit, snacks, bottled water, toiletry kits and clothes to those less fortunate.  This ministry is active all year.

Bike Drives and Boot Drives are also held annually to help those who need these items.
